Mamá Sana was born in 2015 with the aim of creating a space to experience motherhood from the point of view of personalized and specific attention, trying to cover all the needs of women at different stages of life (pregnancy, postpartum, age adulthood and menopause) and those arising from parenting.

Highly recommended. I did the preparation for childbirth (both directed exercise classes and in the pool) and I would repeat a thousand times. The girls are super close, they provide facilities in case you have to change schedules and they are always available for anything. In addition, with the rest of the mothers a very nice group is created to share experiences. Thanks girls!!

During the pregnancy I decided to sign up, to do some sport, to “gymnastics” classes and to the swimming pool. The experience has been fantastic: all the people who work at Mamá Sana are a 10 both as professionals and in their treatment of customers. In addition to staying active, I met many moms who now have people I appreciate and have made some friends. I highly recommend it, you learn a lot (it's nice to have a place to go to with all the questions that arise in maternity) you have fun and socialize on top of that
