Since I was very little I have been practicing sports and decided to make it my profession, pursuing a degree in classical dance and teaching through the EF branch.
My continuous desire to learn led me to train in pilates, hypopressives and, later, in hypnobirthing and the Laxmi Method for motherhood.
In this certification I learned many things that I could not apply in my births, so I decided to specialize in this stage to help women have the best birth and postpartum possible.
